The Traffic Safety Department is responsible for the design, installation and maintenance of all street lights, signs, traffic signals and pavement markings on Town roads.
The Department makes regular recommendations to Town officials on improvement of traffic safety and works to achieve cooperation between public and private sectors to promote traffic safety. We compile studies on road conditions, capacities speeds and accident history. |
