Dan Lewis, Registered Pharmacist from Walgreens of Smithtown will discuss drug interactions encompassing both prescription and non-prescription medications. Twenty-two new compressed natural gas (CNG) garbage collection vehicles hit the streets in Smithtown on January 2, 2007. The Town of Smithtown is the first municipality in New York State to require contracted garbage carters to use only vehicles that run on compressed natural gas. The park is dedicated to the memories of the fifty-two victims of the terrorist attacks that were from or had families residing in the Township of Smithtown. Each victim’s name appears on a bronze plaque at the base of the park’s central waterfall.
